These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ThriveView application and services provided by ThriveComp Consulting LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using ThriveView, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ThriveView, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

ThriveView is a customer engagement and reputation management platform that helps businesses collect customer reviews, manage loyalty rewards programs, handle missed call follow-ups, and monitor their online reputation through automated SMS, email, and AI-powered communication tools.

3. Subscription Plans

ThriveView offers the following auto-renewable monthly subscription plans:

Add-Ons (available on applicable tiers): AI Chat Widget ($14.99/mo), Loyalty Rewards Program ($19.99/mo), Missed Call Text-Back ($19.99/mo). Chat Widget and Loyalty are included free with Portal Pro and Enterprise.

Additional Locations: Each location beyond the first included with your tier is billed at $15.00/month per additional location. Adding a location requires explicit confirmation in-app and will appear on your next invoice.

4. WiFi Guest Portal Equipment & Installation

The WiFi Guest Portal feature (Portal Pro and Enterprise tiers) requires compatible UniFi networking equipment.

Equipment Care: You are responsible for the safekeeping of provided equipment while in your possession. You agree not to modify, resell, or transfer equipment to a third party without prior written consent.

By using ThriveView or interacting with a business that uses our platform, you may receive SMS/text messages including:

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. For support, email support@thrivecomp.com.

Consent: You consent to receive text messages by providing your phone number to a business, connecting to a business WiFi portal, joining a loyalty program, calling a business that uses our missed call text-back service, or texting START, YES, or JOIN to a business number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Compatible carriers: T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, and all major US carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to use ThriveView only for lawful purposes. You must not:

You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before adding their information to ThriveView and sending them communications. You must comply with all applicable privacy and telecommunications laws.

8. Intellectual Property

ThriveView and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

ThriveView is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings or by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ThriveView after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
