ThriveView, operated by ThriveComp Consulting LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), provides the ThriveView application and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our application.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your business name, email address, phone number, and payment information.

Customer Data: You may upload or enter customer information including names, phone numbers, and email addresses to use our review reminder and loyalty program features.

Call Data: When you call a business using our platform, we may collect your phone number to send an automated follow-up text message if the call is not answered.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the app, including features accessed, templates created, and messages sent.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the ThriveView service
• To send review reminders via SMS and email on your behalf
• To send automated text responses when a business misses your call
• To manage loyalty rewards programs and send related notifications
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To improve our services and develop new features
• To communicate with you about your account

3. SMS/Text Messaging

ThriveView sends SMS and text messages on behalf of businesses for the following purposes:

• Review Reminders: Requesting customer feedback after a visit
• Missed Call Text-Back: Automated follow-up when a business cannot answer your call
• Loyalty Program: Points updates, reward notifications, and welcome messages
• Promotional Messages: Special offers and announcements from businesses you have opted in to receive

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

How you consent to receive messages: You consent to receive text messages by (1) providing your phone number to a business using our platform, (2) connecting to a business WiFi guest portal, (3) joining a loyalty rewards program, (4) calling a business phone number that uses our missed call text-back service, or (5) texting START, YES, or JOIN to a business number.

4. Third-Party AI Services

Our AI-powered features use OpenAI, LLC ("OpenAI") to generate message templates and power chat responses. When you use these features:

• What data is sent: Your business name, business type, and message tone preferences are sent to OpenAI.
• What is NOT sent: Customer personal information (names, phone numbers, email addresses) is never shared with OpenAI.
• Data protection: Data is transmitted via encrypted connection. OpenAI processes data solely to generate your requested content.
• Your consent: You will be asked for explicit consent before any data is sent to OpenAI. You can decline and still use all other app features.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate ThriveView:

• Twilio: For sending SMS messages and handling voice calls
• SendGrid: For sending email messages
• OpenAI: For AI-powered message generation and chat (with your consent)
• Google: For Google Places API and business location services
• Apple: For processing in-app purchases on iOS
• Forte: For processing web-based payments

Each third-party provider has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security reviews.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also opt out of SMS and email communications at any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link in emails.

9. Children's Privacy

ThriveView is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
